A new cell phone every two years ! At least! We create jobs with it - in the Congo, for children, who get the ore out of narrow crevices, dig it out with pick and shovel and wash it out, even with their bare hands.
 
A new laptop. Also good.
A new electric car. Even better.
There are almost no electronics that don't have coltan in them.
Eighty percent of the coltan reserves are stored in the Congo. The warlords know that, we know that. But please don't come with morality. Economy is economy and politics is politics. Change through trade !  That has always been the case. See China, see Russia, see  ....
